A-G please bring desert, fresh fruit or water melon
H-Z please bring an appetizer, side dish, veggie tray or
salad
POOL GAMES: 12:30 pm—Games for kids ages up to 12.
Parental supervision is encouraged.
- Traffic
delays expected on Arapahoe Rd.
It's Starting June 8, there will be traffic delays on
Arapahoe Rd. between Heritage Pl. and Homestead Pkwy.
The Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority (SEMSWA) is
installing large concrete box culverts to improve the
flow of water at Little Dry Creek and for a new
pedestrian walkway under Arapahoe Rd.
The initial work that is scheduled to begin June 8
includes utility relocations and construction of a
temporary detour.
Between June 29 and August 24, three operational travel
lanes on the south side of Arapahoe Rd. will undergo
lane shifts Monday through Friday. Two lanes of travel
will be provided for eastbound traffic during morning
rush hours. Then traffic will be shifted by noon to
provide two westbound travel lanes for the afternoon
rush hours Lane shift instructions will be clearly
marked.
Between August 29 through September 25 four travel lanes
will be available on the north side of Arapahoe Rd. to
accommodate two lanes of traffic in each direction.
No left turns will be allowed to or from Heritage Pl.,
or Briarwood Cir. while this project is underway.

- The 2008-09 PRRA Board now has an opening for Treasurer,
to replace Steve Hazel who has resigned. This new
volunteer must have an accounting or financial statement
background and be willing to serve 18 months. If you are
interested, please contact
Paul Howald, PRRA Board President. This position
needs to be filled as soon as possible, so please
volunteer. The Board would like to thank Steve, on
behalf of the neighborhood, for his many years of
faithful service and dedication to Polo Run.
- The City
of Centennial ’s City Council adopted the City’s
Coyote Management Plan on February 2, 2009. The first,
and most critical, element of the Plan is an extensive
education and awareness campaign that provides pertinent
information to the residents of the City.
Informational flyers are provided by the Colorado
Division of Wildlife and a Coyote Identification Card
that is designed for children and provided by the City
and County of Denver. Please distribute and review this
information as soon as possible to begin the awareness
process now. Other informational materials will be
available at the meeting.

review form prior to any changes to the exterior of your
home. This includes paint! A sample of the paint you
plan to use should be painted on your garage door so
that a committee member can make their determination.
